To complete the pair, Orihara Izaya from Durarara!! His mission is to kill Heiwajima Shizuo with his wittle tiny knife. Or more likely, coerce someone else into doing the deed for him. His little ducky self has only his knife and his fuzzy coat as protection from Shizuo's wrath.
